The E-mail Gatherer is a compact widget for growing your mailing list. It shows a short message with an email field and a button, and every address is stored in Proofly — ready to sync to your favourite tool.

Configure the widget

Add an E-mail Gatherer notification
Set the title, description, input placeholder and button text
Optionally add a consent checkbox with your agreement text and a link to your privacy policy (recommended for GDPR)

Where the emails go

Collected addresses are saved under the notification's data. From the Data tab you can also forward each new lead automatically:
To a webhook URL
To your email as a "new lead" alert
To any CRM via Transmit Code (MailChimp, ActiveCampaign and more)

Tip: pair the widget with an exit-intent trigger to capture visitors just as they are about to leave.
