Every Proofly plan includes a monthly impression allowance. This article explains what an impression is, how the limit works, and what happens when you reach it.

What is an impression?

An impression is counted each time the pixel loads and is eligible to serve your notifications on a page view. Impressions are tallied against your plan for the current month.

Your monthly limit

Each plan has its own impression limit (some plans are unlimited). You can see your usage for the current month on your dashboard. The counter resets automatically at the start of each new month.

What happens at the limit

Once you reach your monthly limit, notifications stop being served until either:
the counter resets next month, or
you upgrade to a higher plan

Good to know: Proofly plans are a one-time purchase — there is no monthly subscription. If you consistently hit your limit, a one-time upgrade to a larger plan removes the ceiling.
