Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds a second layer of security to your Proofly account. Even if someone learns your password, they cannot log in without the rotating code from your phone.

What you need

An authenticator app on your phone, such as Google Authenticator, Authy or a similar TOTP app.

Enabling 2FA

Go to your account security settings
Choose to enable two-factor authentication
Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
Enter the 6-digit code the app shows to confirm and activate

Logging in afterwards

From now on, after entering your password you will be asked for the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. The code changes every 30 seconds.

Notice: keep access to your authenticator app safe. If you lose your phone, contact support so we can help you regain access to your account.
