WooCommerce Sales

Show real WooCommerce purchases as live social proof on your store. Every time someone places an order, a Latest Conversion ("Jason from London just bought ...") or Conversions Counter ("14 orders in the last 24 hours") notification can pop up to build trust and urgency. Watch the short walkthrough, or follow the written steps below.

Step 1 — create the notification

In your dashboard, open the WooCommerce campaign and create a new Latest Conversion (or Conversions Counter) notification
Style the text and appearance, using dynamic variables like {full_name} so each order shows the right details
Open the Data tab and copy the notification unique webhook URL — this is the address WooCommerce will send new orders to

Step 2 — add the webhook in WooCommerce

In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Webhooks
Click Add webhook and give it a name like "Proofly"
Set Status to Active
Set Topic to Order created (or Order updated if you only want paid orders)
Paste the Proofly webhook URL into the Delivery URL field
Save the webhook

Step 3 — test it

Place a test order. The order is sent to Proofly, stored as a conversion, and your notification starts showing it on the pages you targeted. Proofly reads the buyer city and country from the order for the notification, and duplicate orders are filtered out automatically.

Notice: make sure your Proofly pixel is installed on the pages where you want the notification to appear (see the WordPress guide). If the notification stays hidden, remember that a Conversions Counter only shows once enough recent orders exist.
